Falco Balls

The world hit “Rock Me Amadeus” from the famous Austrian musician Falco was inspired by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Hofbauer memorizes Falco and created special Falco pralines which are premium Mozart Balls with a heart of nougat, covered in the finest pistachio and almond marzipan and dark chocolate.

Marzipan (30%) and pistachio marzipan (29%) with hazelnut nougat (11%) in dark chocolate

Sugar, almonds (25%), cocoa mass, cocoa butter, hazelnuts (4%), invert sugar syrup, humectants (sorbitol, invertase), pistachios (2%), whole milk powder, glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, anhydrous milk fat, lactose, emulsifier (soya lecithin), flavourings, barley malt extract.
